The proof was delayed and the post order communication was prompt, and efficient. I liked the responsiveness (anxious to get proof to print and frame in time for xmas so was extremely frustrated for the delay). My advice to you, a prospective client, is cushion the order. If proof needed in a week, pad for three. If can, call and see as to timeline. They were really responsive and I feel calling could be good. Happy with the art I see thus far and would recommend, in spite of delay. Negative: The proof was 17 days later than promised. As of this review I am just approving proof and haven't received print for printing yet."
