constitutes your agreement to all such terms & conditions.
PRIVACY POLICY
At GiveAcaricature.com your privacy
and security is important to us and we take it very seriously.
Credit Card Information
We use secure servers to protect your
personal and credit card information and we delete credit card information once
the transaction has been processed. Beginning with the page where enter your
contact information, you are on our secure server evidenced by either a solid
key, closed lock, or "https" depending on the browser you are using. These
servers are protected and encrypt your information using 128 bit SSL technology.
As proof that we are committed to security, we use Verisign as our payment
gateway. GiveAcaricature.com has strict internal policies regarding the access
and use of credit card information.
Other Information
We collect personal information for
the sole purpose of satisfying the order. We collect your contact information to
ensure that we can communicate as necessary throughout the delivery process. We
also collect personal information that is required by the artist to complete the
caricature. This information is not provided to third parties and is only
handled by a limited number of employees to process the order. We do track
website traffic patterns for the purposes of improving our website.
GiveAcaricature.com has strict internal policies regarding the use of customer
information.
RETURN/CANCELLATION POLICY
We are very interested in making sure
that our customers are satisfied. We pledge to provide you with innovative
products with exceptional quality and value and with customer service that
exceeds your expectations. See our
satisfaction
guarantee. Because work on your order begins almost immediately, we
charge your credit card as soon as we receive your order. We do realize that
circumstances change so that if you want to cancel your order, your refund is
dependent on the stage of completion when you cancel:

Orders cancelled BEFORE the
artist begins work (normally within 24 hours) - 100% refund.

Orders cancelled AFTER our artist
has started but BEFORE shipment - 100% of frame related and 50% of the
artist related price will be refunded.

AFTER shipment - Because we don't
ship until after you have approved the Preview, there are no refunds at this
point. We of course will replace anything that has been damaged due to
defect or shipping as long as it is reported within two weeks of receipt.
For orders being shipped outside of the U.S., please see International
Shipments below.
SHIPpING
We recommend UPS shipping methods,
which provide tracking and insurance. We do offer USPS shipping options,
which can be less expensive, but does not provide door to door tracking or
insurance. If you choose a shipping method that does NOT provide tracking
or insurance, you assume the risk of loss.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
We reserve the right to not process
orders from countries with high incidents of credit card fraud. Some countries
may charge additional taxes or custom duties/fees upon delivery which are not
included in the price. During checkout, you, the customer are given a variety of
shipping method options to select from to suit your needs for timing, cost, and
risk. If you choose a shipping method that does NOT provide tracking or
insurance, you assume the risk of loss:

United Parcel Service (UPS):
All United Parcel Service shipping methods provide insurance & door to door
tracking

US Postal Service (USPS): Express Mail
International - insurance is provided, and tracking is limited once the
package leaves the United States.

US Postal Service (USPS):
Priority Mail International - limited insurance is provided, and tracking is
limited once the package leaves the United States.

US Postal Service (USPS): All
other USPS options - do NOT provide tracking or insurance.
TIMING
We understand that you may have a
specific event for which you are purchasing the caricature and timing is
important. We can control what we do but please note that you, the customer,
have an impact on meeting deadlines because your provide the initial photo(s)
and review and approve the Preview. Note that our clock starts ticking when
you provide your part:

Preview – Generally available to
buyer 6 business days after receipt of acceptable pictures. Your order
shows the exact date it will be available.

Final Caricature – Completed in
4
business days or less after acceptance by buyer of Preview. Printed (unframed)
caricatures will be mailed to ship to address within 2 business days after
Preview approval; Framed caricatures will be shipped to ship to address within
4 business days after Preview approval. Note that receipt of final product will be
dependent on shipping method selected (i.e. UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail,
Overnight Shipping, etc). Digital caricatures will be emailed to customer
within 1 business day of Preview approval.

Rush Orders – In the event that the timing
above does not meet your event needs, GiveAcaricature.com can accommodate
rush orders for an additional fee. Rush orders are still subject to Preview
approval.

This agreement is governed by the
laws of the State of Oregon, U.S.A. You hereby irrevocably consent to the
exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Washington County, Oregon, U.S.A.
in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the

and Leading Edge Gifts Sites, Services, and Products.
