"Looking forward to seeing it in person. Very fast turn around, though I had some issues with the artists drawing and expressions. I suggest talking to artist before drawing begins. As charges can occur if changes or add ons are wanted. Be as specific as u can. "

(Of course, if you want to keep it vague and have the artist run with it, we can do that too! Just keep in mind that if you go this route, changes may be subject to additional charges.) Revisions that are time-consuming and weren’t specified in/deviate from your original description do add cost and time to the order (you can see more about our Revision Policy in our FAQs). Additionally, Eric – our artist – isn’t available by phone (we keep him busy drawing all day!), but you’re always welcome to give the office a call to get in touch with those that work closely with him. Thanks again!
