"Although the print is nicely done, whoever is putting the orders together needs to be fired. My blood pressure rose to 250 due to my order being wrong. And as I sit here waiting for a return phone call explaining what happened and how they are going to correct it. 1 hour passed and no call, nothing. Poor customer service. I had another caricature I wanted done and I showed my daughter the one made for me and she was going to order one herself. As of now I will find someone else and I will be letting my daughter know not to use these people. I am very angry over this as there is/was now a time constraint where this print was to be sent off tomorrow to New Jersey. NEVER NEVER again! "
