"I didnt think the initial proof looked like the subject (it could have been the photo I submitted - the site gave me a warning the image may be too small) and I asked them to revise and uploaded another photo. They were very accommodating and sent me another proof the next day that looked just like my person! Im very happy with the results."

"Overall happy with the drawing very interested in seeing the quality of the print. I did find the revision process to be a little disappointing, even thou I gave what I feel was very good feedback and specific instructions seemed to have trouble getting my point across. I guess that could be just part of the creative process or the process in general. "
