"4th drawing Ive had done..this one is the last...way overcharged for basic changes that the artist missed the first time, and didnt make the changes the way I wanted them..so be it..these are great gifts but are expensive to start with, then you get jerked around for changes that were things in the original submission. 3rd time was a charm..4th made it tarnished"

12/04/2012GiveAcaricature Response: Hi, Were sorry you were disappointed with the artwork this time around. We've reviewed your order, and honestly don't know what else we could have done here. Some of your requests were impossible to accomplish (i.e. in Hot Tub, always wears suits are an impossible combination to draw). We think this caricature turned out great given the information that you provided, and our artist incorporated everything you asked for that was reasonable to do. You mentioned in your revision that you didn’t like the Hot Tub in the office, but your Scene Description specifically asked to have a combination of office and hot tub. We’re happy to discuss this with you again, and go over the reason for the charges for the revisions, if you feel we were not clear in explaining why you were being charged.
