"I received my artwork in a paper envelope and it was left outside in a snowstorm. Not happy about receiving my artwork that I paid a lot of money for that was not even protected in the envelope. Should have been shipped in some sort of plastic sleeve and in a box so nothing would happen to it. I reached out to them and they promised to send a new one before the weekend and I never received it. They even blamed UPS for leaving it outside, how in the world would they know what was inside the envelope, it was not marked fragile or anything. Although the artwork was good I could not give my gift because it did not arrive on time. So annoyed! "

After your first print was water damaged, we shipped a replacement with additional water protection and via an expedited shipping method to make sure it was delivered to you in time. Unfortunately, I see that UPS had a late trailer which caused them to miss your delivery date. I have just sent you an email with more info.
