"Poor customer service, lack of timely communication regarding delays of proofs. Expedited shipping should’ve been provided due to their delay in providing proof, 2 days late. Item would’ve shipped on time if not for this. We had to contact them twice just to get the first draft. There is absolutely no creativity from the artist. They will draw exactly what you send to them, then charge you extra after one revision. The costs are not transparent up front, beware of this to those that are seeking something special, there is nothing special about this. We would not use their service again and do not recommend them, there are way too many talented artists out there to settle on this one. Don’t be fooled by many good reviews, please put some thought into the bad reviews before making your decision to use their service. Is it worth it for you to have to go through what we did and have to write what i’m writing???"
