Our artist expended a lot of time and effort working on your order, and we did not charge any fees without your consent.

"I am absolutely thrilled with the artwork and blown away with how well the artist captured our facial expressions. The only edits I made were basically "after thoughts" on my part. This is going to make a great gift. I would highly recommend and I am 100% satisfied. The site is also very user friendly! GREAT IDEA!!!"
