The artist captured an uncanny likeness of our boss on the very first attempt. Customer service was very helpful and exceptionally courteous. Word to the wise: Be as specific as possible in your instructions. If you send images, be sure to communicate whether the exact image should be dropped into the background -- or whether you are just including images as "likeness" reference. That will help all go very smoothly! "
